Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time qualify for a full refund processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may transfer your booking to another available slot by notifying us at least 24 hours before the session. All sessions conducted or cancelled less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
- Support Packages: Subscriptions to our support packages are billed at the start of each period. Upon request made before activation, you may opt for a full refund or switch to another package. All activated support subscriptions are non-refundable as they grant immediate access to expert resources.
3. Information Products
Our digital offerings include guides, tutorials, and video courses on AI Smart Pet Devices.
- Access and Delivery: Information products are available instantly after purchase.
- No Cancellation After Access: Once access credentials have been provided, no refund is available due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.
